With their first GCSE fast approaching, our Lower V girls took part in a study skills day, ‘Reach for the Stars’. Their morning consisted of two seminars run by the company, ‘Elevate Education’. These seminars focused on Study Sensei and Time Management, aimed at helping the girls study effectively and overcome procrastination.
Following an informative morning, the girls took on a variety of challenging activities, designed to see how well they work together as a group. The activities focused on possible strengths within the group; from logic puzzles and brain teasers to making a rope square whilst blind folded and how to cross an imaginary lava flow.
The girl’s energy and enthusiasm was evident around the school, leading to a successful day with new skills learnt by everyone involved.Back to newsroom
