One of the Lower VI Students is a very talented artist, and provides her thoughts on why she loves art so much and how long she’s been drawing for. Two of her amazing portraits have been added below as well.

 ‘I love art as I believe creativity is the most beautiful way to express oneself. ‘A picture speaks a thousand words’ is such a true phrase when it comes to creativity and visual arts. Since I was five, art has been my way of communicating my feelings onto a page in a visual way for others to see. The way drawing various lines in different colours can capture the essence of a person is astounding in my opinion.’
