Budding Korean Lunchtime Linguists

The Club had been popular before lockdown and, while the club couldn’t run as normal, the students did not give up this term!

This year, 38 students expressed interest in learning the Korean Language at The Abbey School, so a remote language club was set up.

Each year group is joining a GMeet in their bubble area with devices and headphones. Ms Chung, who’s employed by the Korean government, is teaching girls in Upper III, Lower IV, and Upper IV on a Wednesday and Thursday; there were so many girls interested that their group had to be split into two!
