Happy Holi to all our students and families celebrating! May your day be filled with love, laughter, and memories to cherish!
The annual Magnolia Afternoon Tea & Tours took place on Saturday. We were excited to welcome back almost 100 alumnae to The Abbey.

The afternoon was full of joy, laughter and stories as visitors enjoyed looking around old haunts and exploring the new facilities. After tours of the school, everyone came back together for an afternoon cream tea with special celebrations for our 50, 20 and 10-year anniversary leavers from the classes of 1974, 2004 and 2014. Look out for the full photo gallery on #AbbeyConnect and in the Spring Newsletter over the coming weeks.

Thank you to everyone for coming - we hope you enjoyed your afternoon and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

On the last day of term, we have saved the best news till last. The Abbey are National Champions!!!

On Thursday 14 March the U15A netball team travelled to Loughborough University to compete in the final 4 of the National Sisters n Sport Competition.

The team played their semi-final against Ilkley Grammar School and came away with a 20-12 win, securing us a place in the final later in the afternoon against Gordon's School.

The final started off going goal for goal but we pulled away going into the third quarter and increased our lead. We came away with a 21-8 win meaning they became national champions. What an extraordinary achievement!

During the awards ceremony Becca was awarded with a player of the match trophy by Nat Panagarry (England Rose and Loughborough Lightning player) and the whole team was ecstatic with the result of the day!

Well done Team Abbey!

To celebrate World Happiness Day yesterday, Upper II students got creative in their computing lessons. They each created GIF's which are small animations about happiness.

What do you think? Did it make you smile?

It was great to see our juniors celebrate International Happiness Day together! They danced, smiled, and played while creating a massive paper chain of all the things that make them happy. Well done #AbbeyJuniors!
